Try These Recipes:

Strawberry Sangria:

  • 1 cup thinly sliced strawberries,

  • 1/2 cup sugar,

  • 1 whole lemon thinly sliced,

  • 1 bottle Cedar Hills Strawberry Sensation wine,

  • 2 cups club soda.

Combine strawberries, sugar and lemon slices. Stir mixture bruising the fruit lightly. Pour in wine, cover and chill 1 hr at least. Remove lemon slices. In punch bowl or pitcher, blend wine mixture with club soda. Add ice to glasses. Ladle or pour wine into glasses. Serves 6.
 

Blackberry Sangria:

  • 1 cup crushed blackberries,

  • 3/4 cup sugar,

  • 1 lemon & 1 lime sliced thin,

  • 1 bottle Cedar Hills LaCrosse white wine,

  • 2 cups club soda.

Follow directions for sangria above.

Our farm provides a series of services to our customers.

Among them:

  1. Wine tasting is available as well as purchasing by the bottle. Browse our selection of gift baskets or we can create one especially for you.
  2. In the spring, pick your own fruit is offered as well as fresh picked for you. We ask that patrons call ahead for availability of fruit.
  3. The tasting room can be reserved for your group of up to 39 people.
  4. Catered lunches or evening meals are also available on request.
  5. Fresh baked pies can be ordered.
  6. Nebraska made gifts are available in the gift shop along with Nebraska wines. Gift shop summer hours are from 1 to 6 p.m. on Friday and Saturday starting Oct. 30.
  7. Special events welcome.
  8. Guest House lodging  available to rent.
