Try These Recipes:

Strawberry Sangria:

  • 1 cup thinly sliced strawberries,

  • 1/2 cup sugar,

  • 1 whole lemon thinly sliced,

  • 1 bottle Cedar Hills Strawberry Sensation wine,

  • 2 cups club soda.

Combine strawberries, sugar and lemon slices. Stir mixture bruising the fruit lightly. Pour in wine, cover and chill 1 hr at least. Remove lemon slices. In punch bowl or pitcher, blend wine mixture with club soda. Add ice to glasses. Ladle or pour wine into glasses. Serves 6.
 

Blackberry Sangria:

  • 1 cup crushed blackberries,

  • 3/4 cup sugar,

  • 1 lemon & 1 lime sliced thin,

  • 1 bottle Cedar Hills LaCrosse white wine,

  • 2 cups club soda.

Follow directions for sangria above.

We now have available 100% Elderberry juice in 5 and 12 oz bottles. This can be purchased on site, Boogaarts in Kearney, Natural Foods in Grand Island, the Grocery Kart Ord , Tomato Tomato in Omaha, HyVee in Grand Island.  Just 1-2 teaspoons of this juice  in a glass of your favorite tea makes a wonderful, healthy drink full of antioxidants.

The new elderberry syrup is perfect for pancakes or waffles on these cold mornings! It’s also a healthier alternative to plain syrup.
